9-13-25 First ‘blog entry’ (A New Beginning)
Hello friends, family, visitors, and patrons,
Thank you for visiting my new home base—the official Paul Edward Jensen website. This space was created to showcase my creative work and, for the first time, make it available to those who wish to support the process by purchasing artwork now accessible to our online community.
So, this is the beginning.
I’ll be using these blog entries to share thoughts, updates, and reflections as we continue this creative journey together.
First, a heartfelt thank you to my longtime friend Brad Humphrey, whose encouragement and support made this site possible: “Paul, you simply must have a place to make your material available for the public.”
It’s only fitting to launch this site by introducing my latest release, The Truer You Live—a project Brad and I recorded over thirty (30) years ago but never released… until now.
The phrase “The truer you live, the freer you are” was spoken by John Otto, founder of the
Colorado National Monument. He was a key inspiration during my early years as a canyoneer, exploring the dreamlike red-rock canyons west of Grand Junction, Colorado—an area I sometimes call “Shale City,” as did one of its most well-known authors, Dalton Trumbo.
With the help of our friend—Grammy Award-winning producer and engineer Corin Nelsen—we were able to breathe new life into those old DAT tapes and present them now as: The Truer You Live
“The truer you live—the freer you are.”
~John Otto~
Revisiting 1994 has been a remarkable experience—hearing our younger (and perhaps more
energetic) selves bring these tracks to life after three decades.
Thank you for visiting. For now, 100% of proceeds go toward supporting ongoing creative work and replenishing inventory—ensuring this art remains available to those who seek it.
Thank you for your continued support and encouragement over the years.
Peace and blessings.
Boostingly yours,
Pablo (Paul Edward Jensen)
